When life gives you limes …. make Caipirinhas!
A little late for the Brazilian fiesta of the Olympics but there’s still the paralympics to bring us a ray of sunshine from the Copacabana. So here’s a video showing you how to make a Caipirinha, using Cachaca the Brazilian rum based spirit. This uses Leblon currently available from Waitrose on offer.
